AFTER-MOUSE.COM, a leader on its market has developed a highly innovative IT product for large organizations and the public sector industry. Currently expanding in Worldwide we are looking for a part time administrative secretary to be based in our office in New York.
You will be reporting directly to the NYC director.
Mission
Your responsibilities :
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- Stewardship office
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Accounting tasks
- Organization of meetings and preparation of meeting rooms
- Documents drafting
- Organization of business trips / SRs expenses management
- All related general administrative tasks
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities required:
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
- Knowledgeable in QuickBooks
- Knowledgeable in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- You are able to work autonomously and to prioritize your own workload
- You are smart, articulate and well presented
- You are confident and friendly
- Proactive, flexible and committed
