Administrative Secretary


AFTER-MOUSE.COM, a leader on its market has developed a highly innovative IT product for large organizations and the public sector industry. Currently expanding in Worldwide we are looking for a part time administrative secretary to be based in our office in New York.

You will be reporting directly to the NYC director.


Your responsibilities :

  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Stewardship office
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Accounting tasks
  • Organization of meetings and preparation of meeting rooms
  • Documents drafting
  • Organization of business trips / SRs expenses management
  • All related general administrative tasks

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities required:

  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
  • Knowledgeable in QuickBooks
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • You are able to work autonomously and to prioritize your own workload
  • You are smart, articulate and well presented
  • You are confident and friendly
  • Proactive, flexible and committed
